Modular system boasts tilt and rotate features PDF Print E-mail

Designed to meet the rigorous needs of the PCB manufacturing industry, the FXS-160.40 inspection system from FeinFocus is designed for off-axis inspection of planar devices.

FeinFocus says the system assembles as a modular system with x, y and z axes and features tilt and rotate functions along with an X-ray tube. The system's detector can be rotated by 360 degrees and angled up to 50 degrees for complete oblique angle viewing without sample repositioning. The "high brilliance" X-ray tube design provides vibrant image resolutions with geometrical magnifications up to 333x at any inspection angle. The FXS-160.40 comes with front panel service access and an 18 inch flat screen monitor. Find out more at www.feinfocus.com.
