Terminal blocks offers up to 50 percent space savings PDF Print E-mail

Designed to save space for compact wiring requirements, Wieland Electric has introduced a new line of TOP System terminal blocks. Wieland says the TOP System puts wire entry at a 90-degree orientation with the mounting rail which can result in a space savings of up to 50 percent when compared with typical screw-clamp terminal blocks.

The top entry configuration does more than just save space, says Wieland. It can also offer an orderly wire layout for easier test measurements and maintenance. The TOP System is designed to allow engineers all the conventions and reliability of traditional terminal blocks in a compact design.
The system is constructed of Polyamide 6.6 plastic housing material and uses Wieland's Marcom 2000 marking system for block, plug and terminal circuit identification. Want more information? Visit www.wielandinc.com.
