Inline ultrasonic flow transmitter PDF Print E-mail

Endress+Hauser developed a 2-wire loop-powered inline ultrasonic flow transmitter for liquids — the Prosonic 92DF. According to the company, it is suitable for both conductive and non-conductive liquids, offering configurations compliant with Canadian regulatory standards (CSA, C11, Div1, CRN). The Prosonic Flow “F” is a multi-beam sensor consisting of a stainless steel body, flanged process connections and two, three or four pairs of ultrasonic sensors located in arrays directly facing each other. The sensor allows a fully comprehensive scan of the flow while also offering greater installation flexibility as it can be used with short installation lengths. The Prosonic Flow 92F is available with 4-20AmA HART, Profibus PA and Foundation Fieldbus.
