Product Description: Wintouch eCRM provides web-based contact management, accesses IBM AS/400 data and web-enables legacy green screen applications. Wintouch provides OS-independent client access to IBM iSeries server via Java-2 applet and web browser or enterprise intranet. Data can include front-end databases that are shared or integrated with existing back-end ERP applications. The Wintouch eCRM suite includes: Service and Support, tracking all customer contact in one location. Sales Force Automation (SFA), facilitating and automating the sales cycle, including contact, sales opportunity identification and tracking, and sales forecasting. Marketing Automation (MA), providing lead distribution and marketing campaign management plus targeting, planning and analysis. Partner Relationship Management (PRM), tracking all channel or vendor contact and enabling secure, remote access by channel partners or vendors for the management of customer service, sales opportunities and marketing functions. Unique features of Wintouch include easy “drag and drop” customization, 5250 terminal emulation and multiple levels of access. Touchtone Corporation can customize and install Wintouch in 2-8 weeks.
Interactive: Perform Boolean searches based on any data field in Wintouch or DB2/400 database.
Security: Administrator controlled levels of security can be set to varying levels for different users, departments, even outside vendors.
Remote Access: Wintouch Wireless Web utilizes a wireless modem and laptop for real-time wireless access to Wintouch and DB2/400 databases.
AS/400 Native: Completely client platform independent. Installation and upgrades are to IBM AS/400 server. No maintenance or upgrades to desktop/client computers.
Other Touchtone products include: QuestView, a cost-effective, database utility and program generator that allows instant access to AS/400 DB2 files and ThinView, a Web-based 5250 terminal emulator for the IBM AS/400.
