TWLot™ is a serialized lot tracking system for raw material to finished
goods (cradle to grave) tracking of production parts and assembly
operations. It includes:
• barcode and RFID scanning of components linked to pieces, containers, and pallets
• collection of test data from Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's)
• error proofing to ensure that the correct components are brought to each work cell in the correct sequence
• easy configuration and modification for different plant and line setups
• report module for Part / Lot Genealogy and Where Used reporting with PLC data export to Excel
