Product Description: Provis has developed modular application that seamless manages the continuous process of product manufacturing. Our software product, PVS, is a highly scalable, client server product that delivers the functionality and experience gained from Provis' placement of the product in the continuous process industry worldwide. The system's robust architecture and unique multi-relational databases is based on Oracle Enterprise Server databases. The system is defined as a Manufacturing Management System (MMS). All features of our product are designed for all continuous process environments. The system is able to convert process data generated from PCS of a plant into ERP applications. Product flow is captured within multiple correlative views of process optimization, product quality, energy consumption, inventory and storage of finished products. Product recipes and production runs modules allow plant operators to track product start and stop times, production quantities and product yields. The system tracks product grades, blending and resultant off-spec products. Customer specifications and product grades are automatically integrated to customer invoices and allow operators to capture finished product information, the storage of product and the release of product certificates of quality. |
