IDR provides small and medium sized businesses with a broad range of business process solutions, including integrated and modular enterprise and maintenance software, business intelligence software, IT outsourcing, custom programming, and implementation and support services.  We work closely with and distribute the products of our partners such as SAP Business One, mySAP’s All In One, Microshop, IFS, Tenrox, and a variety of IBM, Microsoft and Oracle products.  IDR is headed by former IFS Canada president Trudie Carlesso and former IFS senior sales executive Martin Perry, with locations in Waterloo, Ontario; Calgary, Alberta; Vancouver, BC and Montreal, Quebec.
