Product Description: The Work Processor is low-cost, user friendly, software solution for the creation of work instructions/training materials. Few organizations can afford to employ full time employees for the creation of training materials, relying instead on personnel from Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, Production, Quality Assurance, or other groups with a need to convey information required to accomplish a task. Typically, a word processor such as Microsoft Word® is used. This type of software allows a great deal of flexibility. Unfortunately this flexibility often leads to busy, cluttered and disorganized instructions due to a lack of standards. Personnel must be able to create documents with a minimum of effort, reducing the amount of time required away from their primary duties. The Work Processor by Cy-Bear Software provides a means to easily and quickly create full featured, printed and/or audio-visual work instructions. With the growth of immigrant labor, English is not always suitable for written instructions. The training experience is enhanced with the "translation window" feature, allowing the editor of the document to use alternate languages in both text and audio, without having to duplicate the entire document.
