What is Project Activator™?
It is a web-based solution that can be utilized point to point, on a few discrete projects or as an enterprise wide PLM solution. Its' primary purpose is to make Project work considerably more efficient, thus increase profitability by delivering 40% or more savings. The product is completely back end independent, can readily interface with almost any other enterprise system and all desktop applications. Any file type can be managed, updated and accessed including Word™, Excel™, PowerPoint™, Access™, Drawing files, Data files and more. It includes a complete document management system. BPS's integrated viewing technology can allow the viewing and annotation of hundreds of file types without the need for local installations of native software. It is highly scalable with a high degree of ease of integration and implementation and can be up and running inexpensively in a very short period of time with minimal training.

The product is intended as an enterprise solution but can be delivered in "scaled" manner for as few as 3 to 5 users, but would still include all of the features of the complete enterprise solution. This has allowed clients to easily and rapidly detail, document and then improve on their existing Program Management work, in a controlled environment using Project Activator™ before adopting it across the enterprise The Standard Product Feature Set includes the following:
