Adonix X3 is an integrated enterprise software application that addresses companies' needs in manufacturing, distribution, CRM, warehouse management and accounting. It supports multiple languages, currencies, companies, sites and legislations. It functions either in e-business mode with a browser interface or in client/server mode with a Windows interface.

Adonix X3 Manufacturing supports a variety of manufacturing styles including most assemble-to-order, configure-to-order, make-to-stock, mixed mode and batch industries. A variety of material tracking methods are supported by associating products with unique tracking and control attributes such as lot numbers, expiration dates, Quality Control technical sheets, potency and International Units.
Adonix X3 permits full control over all planning and production control activities including bills of material, routings, MRP, MPS, WIP accounting and shop floor control. Adonix X3 supports both work order-based manufacturing and repetitive environments with rate-based scheduling and backflushing.
Adonix X3 provides a powerful scheduling tool that supports both infinite and finite capacity planning. Material planners can resolve work center bottlenecks either automatically via the integrated optimization utility or manually through interactive drag-and-drop scheduling.
Adonix X3 is fully integrated with Sales, Purchasing, Inventory and Accounting. A centralized material planner workbench is included for releasing production requirements coming from MRP, MPS, sales orders and external forecasts. Cost updates from production control reporting automatically generate entries into the General Ledger. Production and labor reporting entries can be accommodated via integrated data collection devices with Adonix middleware to help promote speed and accuracy.
